We use AI on nearly everything we make. Here is where we draw the line.

AI Enabled Marketing is more than a tagline. It's a commitment: use AI openly, in service of human-led work, and share what it saves with the people paying for it. Here's how. And here's how we don't. No smoke and mirrors.

The short version

Every agency is using AI. We'd rather tell you how.

AI Enabled Marketing is the line on our homepage. It isn't decoration. It's a statement about how the work gets done here, and a promise about how it doesn't.

Used well, AI makes good marketing and web work faster to produce and cheaper to deliver. Most agencies have worked that out. Plenty keep it backstage, leave their prices where they were, and quietly keep the difference. We understand the temptation. We've taken a different view.

This charter is the detail: what we mean by AI Enabled Marketing, what we would never let it mean, and the rules we hold ourselves to when AI is anywhere near your work.

What it doesn't mean

Three things it has never meant.

AI slop

We don't type one prompt, take the first answer, and bill you for strategy. Left to its own devices, AI produces work that reads fine and means nothing. That isn't what you're paying for, so it isn't what we ship.

A business run by machines

We haven't handed marketing and web over to AI to run on their own. The thinking, the judgement and the final call stay with people who have done this for years. AI does the heavy lifting around them.

Artificial connection

We're not swapping the human side of an agency relationship for a bot. Anyone who has worked with us knows that was never on the table.

What it does mean

And four things it always has.

Human-led, AI-assisted

Strategy is led by people. AI helps us research faster, test more options and reach a strong answer sooner. It informs the decision. It does not make it.

Faster, without cutting corners

AI compresses the slow parts of the work. You get good thinking and finished work in less time, because the grind in the middle takes hours instead of weeks.

Quality you could not reach before

The same AI that protects an agency margin can lower your price instead. It puts marketing and web work that used to sit out of reach for most SMEs back inside budget.

We don't put confidential client information into public AI tools. Where AI is used on your work, it's set up so your data isn't used to train anyone's model.

Nothing ships on AI alone

Everything that reaches you has been checked, edited and signed off by a person. AI drafts. People decide what is good enough.

We check the facts

AI is confident even when it's wrong. Anything it produces is checked against reality before it reaches you. No invented statistics, no fake sources, no claims we haven't stood up.

It still sounds like you

AI is steered with your brand, your tone and your context, not left to default to the flat voice everyone else's AI uses. If it reads like a machine wrote it, it isn't finished.

We tell you where AI did the work

Ask how something was made and you get a straight answer. No pretending a machine was a person, or a person was a machine.

We won't use AI to deceive

No fake reviews, no invented testimonials, no deepfakes, no impersonation, no synthetic engagement passed off as real. AI makes the work faster, not dishonest.

The work is yours

What we deliver belongs to you, AI-assisted or not. Full ownership of the words, the designs and the code. No lock-in, no asterisks.

We use AI to bring your price down, not only to widen our margin. We're a business, not a charity, but the benefit isn't ours alone.

AI moves quickly and so will this page. We'll keep it current, date the changes, and tell you when something material shifts.

Why say any of this

Most of this happens quietly. We'd rather it didn't.

There's a commercial case for keeping all of this to ourselves. AI use can move margins a long way when prices stay put, and nobody would blame an agency for enjoying that.

We're not pretending to be a charity. Aeonix is a commercial business and intends to stay one. The difference is where the upside lands. We'd rather pass most of it to clients, particularly SMEs priced out of decent marketing and web work before AI made it affordable.

That's the whole point of building in the open. AI Enabled Marketing isn't a tagline doing clever work in an ad. It's an honest declaration, and a commitment to keep building transparently and publicly.

Does Aeonix actually use AI on client work?

Yes, on most of it. AI handles a lot of the research, drafting and production. People lead the strategy and sign off everything before it reaches you. We'll always tell you where it was used.

Will my sensitive data be put into AI tools?

No. We don't put confidential client information into public AI tools. Where AI is used on your work, it's set up so your data isn't used to train anyone's model.

Will I be talking to a bot?

No. One-to-one communication with us is written and read by a human. We don't automate the relationship.

If you use AI, why am I still paying?

You're paying for judgement, taste and accountability, which AI doesn't provide. AI makes that work faster and cheaper to deliver, and we pass most of that saving on through the price.
